Students can withdraw from two courses at most in the registered semester, and six at most throughout their period of study before the time allowed for course withdrawals in the academic calendar is up.

These students will receive a grade of W for the course withdrawn.

Advisor approval is required for course withdrawals.

No refund is possible for a course given the grade of W.

Students cannot withdraw the first semester courses and “must” courses taken as repeats in F and FX status during their period of study.

A grade of W does not prevent graduation. Students cannot withdraw from classes in the last four weeks of the academic term.
